First of all Happy Independence day to all the Malaysians there who felt that they are a true Malaysians, and therefore a truly Asian(just some quote from the tourism Malaysia). To those who went for countdown, I hope you enjoy your outing, and those who did not, I hope you enjoy whatever you do.
I've mentioned too many times, 30th August and 31st August meant too much for me in the past that whenever it comes to this date, at this hour (10.00pm), I'll be ultra sensitive and emotional. It's like Werewolves and full moon thingy. The funniest thing is that I only had a rough idea what I did last year, but I had a clear picture of what I did in 2003 and 2006. It accumulates all the emotional feelings these days. First from the feeling of "so close yet so far", and then some issue of a friend here being kicked out of Germany, the final month in this Student house, the never-ending thesis, and the Merdeka decease in me. To worsen things, I'm feeling pain around my right knee for no reason today, and hopefully it's nothing serious as it looks swollen. No, I didn't knock anything and I didn't put any excessive stress on the knee. It's just so sudden that i felt this pain.
Yesterday I watched UEFA super cup, Zenit St. Petersburg vs Manchester United. I am a MU fan, but i can say they suck so far in the last few matches. Paul Scholes would have been a wonderful Volleyball (or handball) player. I mean, what the heck is he thinking?? Already booked and still played a handball on purpose?? They should get Berbatov ASAP but I'm not so convinced either that he would make a difference.
Back to the emotional thingy. I wonder when would I really get rid of this Merdeka spell huh? Maybe next year I should find something to do on Merdeka's eve and Merdeka day that would totally erase the memories of the past Merdeka day, provided I can control the emotional feelings next year.
I had so many things to say, but yet I am blank now. Forget it....

The tag post below was simply crappy, although some questions really spark up the emotional side of me. Actually I wanted to put there in the billionaire question that i would trade money for happiness because i'm not really a person that take money so seriously. What i mean is that, of course I'm not a rich person and I know it'll be hell a hard life without money, but I don't wish for a rich life, just sufficient for an average life would do.
Anyway, today is the 27th August. 3rd day officially I've worked for my Thesis in the Institute. I wish i could speed things up, but unfortunately I don't even know exactly my task yet. I mean, I am given a task, but not in details yet. So it's all about collecting information and loads of reading this week. 2 years ago, it was the day I went Genting with my crazy bros. Well, the pics of Gabe and his chic in facebook reminded me of the trip. Yeah like i said, I've been to many wonderful places and i can say Genting is no where compare to those places, but the fact that it's one of the top trip in my personal list is purely due to the two brothers that went up with me. I really miss it so much but i know things have changed. I don't know how much we'd be able to get together again despite the fact that i'm coming home "soon".
I just talked to Kelsen about a nice song by Chilam Cheung, 祝君好. Besides being a very nice song, it's also a memorable song for me and Kelsen. Before I came to Germany, we went karaoke a couple of times and this is the song that Kelsen will sing solo. Everybody silently listen to him when he does that because he presented it really well. I remember during the journey to KLIA, I requested Kelsen to sing this song for me, but he was just too shy to sing in front of my parents. It was the last song I listen to before I took off to Germany. Now everytime I listen to that song, I would think bout the past, those moments. Man, it was 4 years ago. I just hate it when it's history. Kelsen also told me that nowadays, people don't really fancy karaoke anymore. I am still in desperation to come back and sing as much as i can. I guess probably Kelsen and I would end up singing alone in a gayish room ,lol. But I don't care, I want to sing!
Sigh, I've been really emotional these days. Damn you Adelyn, being tagged by you force me to answer question that I didn't wanted to think off. lol. Nah, even without those questions I'll be emotional anywayz. I'm just waiting for the DVD of Dark Knight to be release and probably purchase it if i have the money, or download it and watch it again...

Well you couldn't blame me for watching it so late because Germany only release this movie last Thursday both in English and German. But finally I've watched it today in a cinema. As I've mentioned in my previous post which i don't remember which one, there's a cinema that is in my town that shows English version of the movie every monday. So this week, they put up Batman. Normally the English version movies were never full, in fact i should say it doesn't even go up more than 20 people. Today, it was blardy hell full which is one of the indication that this is really a huge huge Blockbuster.
Well, as most of you have already watched it, so I don't have to talk much about this movie. I just wanna say, WICKED. This is one movie that you would hold on to your pee, sit still and watch the entire movie trying to guess what's next, and you will enjoy everything in it. This is one movie where although you know the good guy will win at the end, but you will still want to stay put and really hope he'll win. Christian Bale wasn't that good if you compare it with Batman Begins, but the other casts were fantastic. Of course much credit goes to Heath Ledger.

For the past 3 weeks I've been wasting time and money, that's all. Finally 2moro I'll be heading back to the institute to do serious work. No regrets actually coz I watched quite some Olympic games which only happens 4 years once, and so many WR broken this time, but quite sad to hear that our blardy Garverrmannt is not using the brain to give Grandfather-ship. As for the money spent, i felt it's quite worth it too. The mp3 player is great, Shure earphones is great, those outing was great, the lo mai kai experiment was great and the buffet dinner on friday was great.
Sometimes i really missed creative birthday celebrations. In this 4 years here, we either celebrate birthday in a chinese buffet restaurant or we make 'grand' dinner for the birthday boy/girl for one and only obvious reason, to save cost. It's been a while that I had a real birthday cake or a real celebration. But yeah, what can i do about it? Money doesn't flow like water for me and my friends. But sometimes it's not just about the money, it's also the environment. In malaysia, I can think of plenty of ways to celebrate birthday without really spending alot of money. But here, sighzzz. Anyway, here's some of the pics of friday's outing..

Sighz, it's 24th August today. At 10.15am, I was waiting for my luggage bags in KLIA i think. Honestly I really missed home so much. August + Sept + Oct was the most sweetest months for me. I don't know about this year though. Yeah though it looks like I'm almost done here, but yet I'm not. I hate this feeling of being so close yet not there. At least 1 year ago, I know that I still need around 1 year before I complete my studies. I'm going no where so don't think too much. 2 years ago at least i know i'll be going home for holidays, so there's much to think about. But now, it's like I doon't know if i should set myself in a going-home feeling, or staying back and work my ass off. Fark!!!! I want to go home!!!!

The moral of this thing is to stop teaching your kids to study, just go and do sports from young, and go through heeps of training and just go win a medal, and guess what you will be given a rank very soon lolz!!

Just speaking about badminton, I am of course one of a badminton fan. I knew this 21 points system hav been long implemented but I kinda dislike it. Well, my sifu Sheng Wa asked me to post it up here. I didn't wanted to because if u compare side by side with his cooking, mine is shit!!! I really don't know how to decorate my food although some of those that i made really taste good. The good old shallot decoration have been used too many times, and doesn't look nice anymore. Tom Yum Soup.....

Believe me, I don't even mean that. What I mean was, I'm suppose to read and gather information about my thesis but check out what I'm doing.
The best thing about internet TV(particularly this site) is that you get to watch 3 events in a row. There're 42 channels available!!!! Found it by luck btw. And it streams at minimum 400kbps, which means it's kinda good quality. I was actually quite disappointed because I hav to look for a streaming channel like shit during opening ceremony, forcing me to watch it in spanish for the first half hour. Luckily by luck i found the english channel, but it doesn't show anymore live games after that. I tot maybe it's the end of my olympics TV.
Then, today i woke up at 11, came across this website, and watched basketball Argentina vs Lithunia, and Argentina really disappoint me despite being world champion in recent years. Wtf Genoblii??
Basketball turn boring to me after 2 quarters, and then i switch to...the number 1 sports in this planet!!
I get to watch Argentina vs Australia, Japan vs Nigeria, and Brazil vs New Zealand at the same time lolx. And best of all, the quality was good and no lagging. But you know, we're humans not Intel Quad Core processor, and you can't concentrate on 3 match at a time, so i choose to watch Brazil's match in particular.
I wonder why did Barcelona sell Ronaldinho. Just because he's injured throughout the season and drop form, you sell your best playmaker. WTF??!!! This guy is like magician with the football, and eventhough he's only playing against New Zealand, but he did so many tricks which are fantastic!

Is it everyone's dream to own an ipod at least once in their teenage life??
It started way back in my first year in Germany. I was deeply attracted by Apple's frontline portable music player(PMP) for mid range customers, the ipod mini. I grabbed the silver version at that time n i was so damn proud to carry around the streets. Then the bad thing happened, when it was stolen! But it wasn't the end of apple yet. At that time the nano 2nd generation just launched, n to me it was one of the best in terms of design from apple. slicky stylish and sharp! Without hesitation it became the replacement of the mini. I bought the black version with some words engraved behind it. It was then given as a gift to my precious one not because it's an IPOD, but because i want to give the best of whatever i had to her.
I came back to Germany, without a PMP. Believe me it's hell when you don't get to enjoy music especially you're sitting alone in a tram starring at some turkish kids doing stupid stuff, or walking to Uni without music. So I decided lets try the mp4 player. Unfortunately I don't have enough budget to get a high-end, and therefore i got a Meizu M6. Wat da heck is Meizu?? lolz it's a chinese brand btw. It works fine for me until couple of months later it became DEAD by its own. Though it wasn't a high-end PMP, but it's sure costly though! Wat a waste. I'll never trust product M.I.C!!!! Then i tot, maybe i've spent way too much on non-lasting PMPs, so might as well get something cheap. There goes the purchase of Creative Zen Stone for 30euro. 1GB. It didn't last long either, now that it shuts by its own just like that.
And then you know it's time for a new one. Of course, first thing i looked for is the new Apple ipod Nano 3rd Gen. 140euro 4GB. hmmm. Then i thought, why apple again??? then i open up my choice and asked around for opinion, until finally i was looking deeply into the Sony A and S series, particularly on the A series. 2,4'' Bluetooth, premium earphones 4GB for 120euro. premium earphones included man!!! Earphone was another issue but i'll come to that later. It was my top priority in my PMP shopping list, but I still want to look around. Then i came across this idea that eventhough PMP with "premium" earphones included, the earphone won't be as good as getting an IEM earphones(will come to this later). Until the last minute when I have to place my order, suddenly i went for the Sony NWZ-S616F 4GB Black PMP.
There! Wasn't the most good looking player in the market, but doesn't look bad at all. Most importantly, the sound quality is somewhere n times above the ipods that i've even owned for half of their prices. I am not doing a full review on this as i'm not pro, but I was so damn satisfied with this. The only disappointment was that Sony didn't include a small pouch or something like that to protect the mp3 player, and it's damn hard to find accesories for this player as it's not as popular as the pods.
Initially I set aside 150euros for a player. Now that i've only spent half of it, what should I do with the other half? Here comes the thing. A pair of In Ear Monitor Earphones(better known as isolation earphones) would be perfect. Of couse, i cannot break my budget just for a pair of earphones.
I've purchased many earphones/headphones before here and I am still buying more. I don't regret doing so, but I really do regret that I didnt' get this particular pair of earphones earlier, as it would have been my permanant one. The rest are either bad in sound quality, or easily broken, or can't fit into my ears.
So, In this 3 brands ---Shure, Ultimate Ears and V-moda--- their entry level IEM earphones are pretty good, well at least it's way above those lousy earphones, particularly the ipod earphones. I also made quite an effort to read forums and reviews on those earphones before deciding which one to go for. In the end, i went for Shure SE110.
So wats so special bout this earphones?? Firstly the isolation technology. Of course it took me quite sometime to figure out how to actually insert and perfectly fit into my ear. But once it's in the ear, it totally blocks out everything. I mean TOTALLY! I was on the street today with 3 rubbish trucks with tons of engine sound normally, but it was totally muted today. I can stand there whole day watching them without even feeling disturbed! But why would i wanna watch rubbish mens anyway?? ish so gayish!!!
2ndly, The sound. Very nice bass, very clear mid range, and high pitch range. Of course if you read some professional reviews, you will find that this pair hasn't even reach it's peak of sound quality yet, but for me as a low end consumer, it's already a big blow for me. I tested out with Jazz, Pop, Slow Rock, Alternative, Country, Classical, Acoustics, Club Music. Everything is way beyond what i've heard in the past 23 years!!!!
3rdly, check out the thickness of the wire. Of course it's only the 3rd day i've been using it, but by looking at the quality of the wires, it will be a durable one. Furthermore, it's so comfortable that you can wear it the whole day literally. These pairs come with accesories such as the pouch and the sleeves options. I am very very comfortable and satisfied with the foam sleeves(black one) as you can press it to insert into your ears, and it'll expand inside the ears. So no pain at all!!!
Finally, the combinition between Sony + Shure = Music into perfection!!! Of course as i've mentioned this is my personal review, and if there's any pros out there or pros wannabe who doesn't agree, u can either shut up and go fuck yourself, or sponsor me some money so i can get the higher end versions of Shure IEM earphones!!!

I'm pretty sure most of you have watched this movie. Well, like i've mentioned before that I'm not really a person who likes watching romantic movies until when i was in college and even worse when I came to germany. Things changed. Everytime I watched romantic movies(the touching ones), I'll actually get emotionally affected, though not yet till the stage where i'll cry. I actually prefer comedy-romantic like this one, and music and lyrics. Those were the best two.
I particularly like My Sassy Girl because I admire people who are loyal to relationship. I admire most to those people who can go on with their first love till the end. My brother for example, is one of those first love guy until now. He told me that most likely he'll get engage with his gf which is his one and only. Maybe we're having the same blood, so I also wish I would have had my first love to be the one and only. But unfortunately it doesn't happen to me. I'm even doubting if I'll have another romantic story again in my life. But anywayz, even it's to come, it'll not come in the near future as I'll be focusing on Masters(if i get one) and career. Put those aside.
Anyway, why suddenly I mentioned this movie and all these emotional crap? Actually I just watched the Guai Lou version of this movie. It wasn't as touching and funny as the Korean.
Although comparing the two actresses, Elisha Cuthbert appears to be the hotter one.
I really salute the scriptwritter, because it's one hell of a romantic shit. Oh, did i mentioned that i didn't cry?? It was a lie btw when i watched the Korean version. I did!
